First, check whether the paper supply control rod is stuck, whether the starting capacitor is damaged, and whether the safety tube is faulty. Then, replace it according to the inspection results.

The sealing of packaging containers is not strict, and this phenomenon not only wastes materials, but also pollutes the fully automatic powder packaging machine equipment and workshop environment because the materials are all powder, which is easy to spread. In this situation, it is necessary to check whether the packaging containers comply with relevant regulations, remove counterfeit packaging containers, and then try adjusting the sealing pressure and increasing the heat sealing temperature.
4. The fully automatic powder packaging machine does not pull the bag, and the bag pulling motor drops the chain. The cause of this failure is nothing more than circuit problems. The bag pulling proximity switch is damaged, the controller is malfunctioning, and the stepper motor driver is faulty. Check and replace them one by one.
