1. Universal crusher is directly in contact with the drug, its degree of cleanliness directly affects the quality of the drug, and should be thoroughly cleaned after production.
2. At the end of production, turn off the power and send all the materials in production to the intermediate station according to the procedures of material entry and exit.
3. Hang the device to be cleaned status sign.
4. Open the crusher, transfer the receiving bag, screen, detachable air pipe, etc. into the cleaning room sink.
5. Inject about 2/3 volume of 30~40℃ warm water into the sink, soak for 10-30min, and then wash the front and back sides of the powder collection bag repeatedly with running water until the powder collection bag is clean; Wash the screen and air pipe with a soft brush to make the water clear. Rinse three times with ionized water. Dry in the same level of clean area as the crushing room. Set aside.
6. Use a clean special wipe to dip warm water into the crusher material inlet, the crusher inner cavity, the material outlet, and the powder collection room to wipe repeatedly until clean.
7. Wipe and clean the inner wall of the crusher, powder tube and cyclone separator thoroughly with deion.
8. Use a clean dry towel to dry the above parts, and then wipe with 75% ethanol clean.
9. Wipe the floor of the operation room, power distribution cabinet, motor and operation cabinet clean.
10. After the cloth bag and screen are dry, install all parts of the crusher in the opposite order to disassemble.
11. Clean and wash the floor of the operation room to the ground without dust and water.
12. Fill out the clearance record.

Step 1 Clean up
Turn off the main power supply of the mill, and use the wool brush to clean the residual dust in the mill layer by layer from the top down.
2. Remove the feed hopper
Remove the four bolts of the feed hopper base, remove the feed hopper, and put the removed bolts in the prescribed position with the feed hopper.
3. Remove the screen
Open the crusher door and remove the screen.
4. Remove the movable gear
Use a wrench to fix the movable gear, use a power wrench to loosen the fastening nut of the movable gear, install a special tool for removing the movable gear, and install a special tool with a wrench to separate the movable gear from the main shaft; Remove the movable gear, place it safely, pay attention to safety during operation, do not hurt your fingers.
5. Remove the fixed gear
Remove the three screws of the fixed gear on the door, remove the fixed gear, and place it safely. So far, the disassembly work of 30B universal crusher has been completed. How to clean the machine is described below.
1. Ordinary cleaning: After the special cleaning, enter the ordinary cleaning procedure, that is, after cleaning, clean with deionized water.
2. After the main equipment and components of the crusher are cleaned, place them safely and dry them with a hair dryer before entering the installation procedure.
3. Special cleaning: According to the nature of the material crushed by the equipment for special cleaning of the crusher, special cleaning methods refer to the "special cleaning solvent table", do not need special cleaning directly into the ordinary cleaning.
