The maintenance and upkeep of machines is an extremely important and frequent task, which should be closely coordinated with the operation and maintenance of the machines. There should be dedicated personnel on duty for inspection
1、 Maintenance of the machine:
1. Bearings bear all the load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil must be clean and well sealed. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings (2) rolling bearings (3) all gears (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces
2. Newly installed wheels are prone to looseness and must be inspected regularly
3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine work normally
4. Pay attention to checking the wear level of easily worn parts and always replace worn parts
5. The bottom frame plane of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the bottom frame when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in serious accidents
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check and eliminate the cause
7. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated
2、 Installation and commissioning:
1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. During installation, attention should be paid to the vertical position of the main body and the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please tighten it.
4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.
5. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test run, and production can proceed once the test run is normal.
