The working principle of the sifting machine is to generate high-frequency vibration through the vibration exciter, so that the powder material produces fine vibration movement on the sifting surface, so as to achieve the sifting and grading of the powder material. The specific working process is as follows:

Vibration motor generates vibration: The sifter is equipped with a vibration driver inside, which can be a motor driven vibration motor. The vibration driver generates high-frequency vibration power, which is transmitted to the sifting surface of the sifting machine.

Sieve surface vibration: the vibration force is transmitted to the sieve surface through the structure of the sieve machine, so that the sieve surface produces high-frequency vibration. The screen surface can be single or multiple layers and usually consists of a fine hole or screen.

Screening: The powder material enters the sifter through the feed port and is placed on the sifting surface. Because of the high frequency vibration of the screen surface, the powder material produces a subtle vibration movement on the screen surface. Depending on the particle size of the powdery material and the aperture of the screen surface, larger particles will be blocked by the aperture on the screen and cannot pass through, while smaller particles can fall into the collector below through the aperture of the screen. In this way, the particle size separation of the powdery material is achieved. During the screening process, particles or impurities that do not meet the requirements are blocked by the screen, thus achieving the removal of impurities.
