2. Working principle:
When the grinder is rotating, the motor drives the spindle and cutter head to rotate at high speed. The cutter head and the grinding block on the screen ring form a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the machine chamber from the feeding hopper, the material closely friction and strongly impact the blade inside the cutter head in the rotating air flow, and grind again in the gap between the blade and the grinding block. While crushing the material, the cutter head draws a lot of air, which plays the role of cooling the machine, grinding the material and transferring the fine material. The fineness of the material crushing depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the amount of material and air passing through.

The bearing parts of the mill are equipped with a special maze seal, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber, thus extending the service life of the bearing. The door is equipped with silicone rubber sealing ring, no dust leakage and pollution of the operating environment.
