2. Check whether the lubricating oil and oil in the rotating part of the machine and the turbine box are above the oil level line. If they are not above the oil level line, the equipment management personnel of the workshop should be notified in time to refuel.
3, check the drum, hopper and other parts of the equipment cleaning, necessary cleaning work.
4, check the screen specifications should meet the specified mesh number and process requirements, width and body consistent; Install the screen, insert the screen that meets the requirements, and tighten the clamp. Connect the power supply, press the start button, and the device will run.
5, boot idling for about 20 seconds, if the equipment does not appear abnormal sound, bearing and reducer temperature does not rise rapidly, then confirm the normal operation of the equipment. After confirming that the equipment is normal, shut down, press the turnover container or install the turnover bag. Start the machine again, add material to the hopper, and start granulation.
6, keep constantly feeding, feeding should not be too much or too little, keep the hopper 2/3 volume is appropriate. Always pay attention to observe the particle size and screen wear, if found screen wear, should immediately stop and replace. After the operation is complete, turn off the switch and power supply, take out the remaining materials, and clean all parts of the equipment and peripheral sanitation.
Precautions for operation of swing granulator
1, in the use of abnormal vibration or abnormal sound, should immediately stop to check and troubleshoot.

4. If the material is stuck in the drum during operation, it must be stopped and shoveled out with tools. It is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the drum. The drum should be gently extracted when disassembling, do not knock hard, so as not to damage the parts and cause two axes concentric deformation.
