Working Principle
The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer operates under vacuum conditions with its unique double-conical rotary tank design. Inside the tank, heat is introduced through jackets filled with heat transfer oil, hot water, or steam, allowing the heat to be fully exchanged with the wet materials within the tank. After being heated, the evaporated water vapor is efficiently removed by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Due to the continuous rotation of the tank, the materials constantly move up and down and inside and outside, which not only accelerates the drying process but also ensures that the materials are uniformly heated and dried. Additionally, during the rotation of the dryer, the surfaces of the materials in contact with the tank walls are constantly updated, thereby efficiently utilizing the heat conducted by the tank walls. At the same time, the residual pressure of the dryer is maintained between 5333 Pa and 10000 Pa, enabling various solvents (such as water) in the materials to rapidly vaporize under vacuum conditions, thus achieving rapid drying of the materials.
Structural Characteristics

Moreover, this dryer has excellent vacuum sealing performance, with residual pressure maintained between 5333 Pa and 10000 Pa, allowing solvents (such as water) in various materials to rapidly vaporize under vacuum conditions, thereby achieving rapid drying of the materials.
1. Dryer body: The inner container is made of SUS304 (stainless steel) or enamel material to ensure the durability and aseptic requirements of the dryer. The jacket is made of carbon steel, and the insulation shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel and polished, which is not only easy to clean but also conducive to efficient heat conduction, thereby accelerating the drying process.
2. Transmission part: Through a first-stage belt drive, a second-stage worm gear reducer (or a continuously variable transmission), and a third-stage chain drive, the dryer is driven to rotate at a low speed around the horizontal axis (rotation speed range: 0 - 10 revolutions per minute). The machine is equipped with an on-off button for easy operation.
3. Frame: It is precisely welded from steel sections. After the cylinder body is connected to the two left and right shafts, it is securely supported on the frame by a double-row radial spherical roller bearing, ensuring the stability of the machine.
4. Vacuum Tube: Made of SUS304 material, it is specifically designed to extract the vaporized solvent (or water) from the cylinder. A filter is installed at the inlet end and covered with industrial polyester fabric to prevent the material from being carried out during the drying process.
