When using a turbo mill, we need to pay attention to the following points:
1. The crusher and power unit should be installed firmly, if the crusher long-term fixed operation, it should be fixed on the cement basis; If the crusher is a mobile operation, the unit should be installed on the frame made of Angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the pulley groove of the crusher are in the same plane of rotation.
2. After the installation of the crusher, check the fastening of the fasteners of each part, tighten them if they are loose, and check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.
3. Before the crusher starts, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the jaw, hammer and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is collision in the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction pointed by the arrow of the machine, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and the crusher is good.
4. The crusher should be idled for 2-3 minutes after starting, and then feed after there is no abnormal phenomenon.
5. The work should always pay attention to the operation of the crusher, the feeding should be uniform, to prevent blocking the stuffy car, do not overload the work for a long time, if there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, spraying material and other phenomena, should immediately stop the inspection, troubleshoot before continuing to work.
6. After each operation of the machine, the residual materials in the machine should be cleaned in time to avoid material accumulation affecting performance and causing blockage.
