Extended Applications and Precautions
1. Adaptive improvement: For high-humidity areas, auxiliary dehumidifiers (dehumidification capacity ≥10L/h) can be added; During the rainy season, the feeding interval should be shortened to 2 to 3 hours.
2. Maintenance points: Clean the dust accumulated on the fan blades every month and check the resistance value of the heating element every quarter (replacement is required if the deviation exceeds 10%).
This structure balances efficiency and cost through modular design, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized chili processing plants. In practical applications, parameters need to be flexibly adjusted according to output and climatic conditions.
