If there is any discomfort, it can be adjusted by adding or removing paper pads at the bearing cover.
3、The replacement of tooth claws and hammer pieces. In the crushing components, the grinding tooth claws and hammer pieces are vulnerable parts in the feed crusher, and are also the main components that affect the crushing quality and productivity. After the grinding tooth claws and hammer pieces are worn, they should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the tooth claws in a tooth claw crusher, the circular disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, the circular nut lock on the back of the disc should be opened, the circular nut should be unscrewed with a hook wrench, and the disc should be pulled out with a special puller, To ensure the balanced operation of the rotor, attention should be paid to replacing the complete set of teeth when replacing the universal crusher. After replacement, a static balance test should be conducted to ensure the stable operation of the crusher.
