1. The oil cups and nozzles installed on the machine can be classified according to the oil cups, and attention should be paid to adding butter or engine oil separately. Before starting up and using, oil should be added once, and lubricating oil can be added midway according to the temperature rise and operation of each bearing.
2. It is advisable to immerse the lubricating oil surface inside the turbine box into a worm gear tooth height. When refueling, open the rear door at the bottom of the turbine box, and the oil cup on the transmission worm gear side is the refueling hole. After six months of use, the lubricating oil should be replaced. To drain the oil, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the turbine box.
3. The amount of oil absorbed by the felt inside the upper pressure wheel cover should not be affected by oil spillage, and should be lubricated on the surface of the pressure wheel. Unscrew the top of the upper pressure wheel cover to add oil to the upper pressure wheel.
4. The surface of the plunger and track should be lubricated with butter, not too much, to prevent contamination of the powder.
