Our Fangyuan Machinery eggshell powder production line is designed to grind eggshells into powder according to customers' required fineness. The complete line consists of six machines: a bubble washing machine, a vibrating dewatering machine, a mesh belt dryer, an ultra-micro pulverizer, an ultraviolet sterilization machine, and a fully automatic packaging machine.

The unprocessed eggshells are first sent into the bubble cleaning machine. The bubble spray and rolling cleaning process, combined with the scraper structure, can effectively clean the dirt and residual egg liquid on the surface of the eggshells. Then, the washed eggshells are placed in a vibrating water-draining machine to start draining the water, thereby reducing the moisture content on the surface of the finished products. The entire device is made of 304 stainless steel. A water collection tray is added beneath the sieve plate to prevent water from dripping onto the ground and causing pollution. The dried eggshells after draining are placed in a mesh belt dryer. This machine is made of food-grade materials, which is safe, reliable and pollution-free. The conveying is smooth, the speed can be adjusted, and the materials move along with the movement of the conveyor belt, avoiding damage to the conveyed items. The noise is low, suitable for occasions with quieter working environments. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. The energy consumption is low, and the operating cost is low. After drying, the eggshells enter an ultra-micro pulverizer for grinding. This machine has high grinding efficiency, can work continuously, has no dust pollution, and the grinding fineness can reach 80-200 mesh. The ground powder enters a UV sterilization machine for sterilization, and finally, it is packaged into finished products by a fully automatic packaging machine. The Eggshell Powder Production Line can meet a production capacity of 100-200 kg per hour, with an area of approximately 200-300 square meters.
