Introduction
Overview:
The use of horizontal ribbon is mostly found in the cosmetics, beauty, biochemistry, architectural, and agricultural industries.
Design:
Horizontabl ribbon has three types of agitator design options: continuous screw, interrupted screw and paddle agitator.
Continuous Screw:For Central Discharge
The external screw rod will move the material to the center position, and the continuous screw may quickly get the material to the effect of homogeneous mixing. The material is forced toward the short plate by the internal screw rod, which also causes the material to move radially.
Interrupted Screw:
High-density materials frequently employ interrupted screw rods because they offer the same material movement form as continuous screw rods while using less power.
Continuous Screw:For Bottom Discharge
The material is moved radially by the internal screw, which pushes the material to the fixed position, and by the external screw, which moves the material to the center position.
Paddle screw:
When the machine is being used for incomplete clearance operations, this mixing design is a perfect choice since the most efficient mixing can be accomplished with the least amount of load.
