Working Principle:
Bar soap making three roll mill machine is mainly composed of the upper, middle and lower three rollers, frame, transmission device, helical gear pair, housing, feeding pump and so on. Among them, the upper roll and the lower roll are the same size and speed, and the middle mill roll is slightly smaller and the speed is faster.
The soap mixture first enters the grinder through the feed pump, and is pressed and ground by the relative press of three rollers.
