Icing Sugar Mill

 

Main Application:

This is our new designed icing sugar mill with press rollers inside, with a better grinding performance than other traditional hammer mills. It is widely applied to the food industry, for some oil materials grinding. Icing sugar mill can be ground by our crusher into 10-40 mesh powder.

 

 

Icing sugar mill is the use of three high-strength wear-resistant alloy roller, relative rotation of high extrusion pressure to break the material, the material into the upper two roller crushing chamber, by the two roller relative rotation extrusion pressure, the first time the material extrusion and grinding (rough break), the material immediately into the relative rotation of the lower two rollers (and the two rollers share a roller). The extrusion pressure of the lower two rollers is used for secondary extrusion and grinding (fine breaking), which is broken into the required particle size and sent out by the conveying equipment.
