Jet Mill
Working Principle:
Compressed air is accelerated by four Rafael nozzles around the crushing chamber to form a supersonic airflow. In the crushing zone, the material particles accelerated in the supersonic airflow collide and crush each other at the intersection of the ejected airflow. The crushed material is sent to the classification area by an upward airflow, and the classification wheel rotates at high speed. Qualified fine powder is sent to the cyclone separator and collector along with the airflow for collection. Coarse powder that does not reach fineness returns to the crushing area for further crushing. Due to the fact that the inner cavity and grading wheel are made of a new material, zirconium aluminum composite ceramic, their wear resistance exceeds 99 times that of porcelain.
Features：
1. A crushing disc is installed at the bottom of the crushing area, which is dragged by a variable frequency motor, thus solving the problem of severe material accumulation in the crushing area and below the crushing nozzle of the fluidized bed crusher for many years. The cutting of the disc also increases the production capacity of the crusher and the fineness of material crushing.
2. Suitable for ultra-fine crushing of dry powder brittle materials with Mohs hardness level 8 or below, with a crushing fineness generally reaching D50<2m.
3. The crushing process mainly involves mutual collision of materials, with little impact on the inner walls of the crushing area, resulting in minimal wear. Due to the new ceramic lining material, the product is not contaminated.
4. By adjusting the frequency conversion speed of the grading wheel, the fineness of the product can be adjusted, and the particle size distribution range of the crushed product is narrow. The grading wheel is made of a new material, zirconium aluminum composite ceramic, which is pollution-free and not easy to wear.
5. The machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate. Scope of application: Suitable for ultrafine powder industries such as minerals, pesticides, chemicals, ceramic materials, batteries, long afterglow fluorescent powder, Western medicine, electronic materials, etc.
