Introduction
Main Application:
This machine is composed of three parts: the main engine, auxiliary engine, and electric control box. It is compact in design, structurally reasonable, and has a pneumatic selection type, without screen or mesh. The machine is equipped with a grading mechanism, which can complete crushing and grading in one go. Negative pressure conveying prevents the heat source generated in the chamber during crushing operations from being generated; It is also suitable for crushing heat sensitive materials due to its intermittent discharge. This machine has a wide range of applications, with continuous production process and adjustable discharge particle size; It can handle the crushing and grading of various materials such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc. This machine has reached the international advanced level.
Working Principle:
The material enters the crushing chamber through a screw conveyor through the material door and is cut by high-speed rotating blades; Cutting and crushing, the material is transported into the cyclone separator through negative pressure air transportation. The discharged material dust is filtered and recycled by a vacuum box through a cloth bag or filter cartridge, and there is no dust flying during the production process, which can improve the utilization rate of the material and reduce enterprise costs.
However, this super fine grinding machine also has certain requirements for feed particle size.According to different material characteristics, the feed particle size is generally less than 10mm. For some long fiber materials, the feed particle size needs to reach around 5mm.Therefore, before conducting ultrafine crushing, we usually need to equip a coarse crusher to perform the initial crushing of the material to meet the feed particle size requirements, in order to improve its crushing efficiency and protect the vulnerable parts of the machine. If large particles of material are directly put into the machine for crushing, the machine is prone to jamming and the crushing knives are easily damaged.
