Micro Jet Milling Machine

 The powder is added to the feeding nozzle by a vibrating feeder and is sprayed into the crushing chamber under the action of compressed air. The high-speed airflow sprayed by the crushing nozzle forms a supersonic flow, causing collisions, shearing, and friction with the walls of the crushing chamber to achieve the purpose of crushing into micro powder. During the high-speed movement and crushing process of the logistics, particles of different fineness will generate different centrifugal forces in the rotating airflow, Qualified fine powder particles are carried by the exhaust airflow to the discharge pipe due to the centrifugal force greater than the centripetal airflow force, and the finished product is collected through a cloth bag. However, larger particles are thrown towards the periphery due to the centrifugal force greater than the centripetal airflow force, and continue the powder refining process with the high-speed movement of the logistics.

The airflow crusher consists of the following parts:
a) The main unit is the airflow crushing part.
b) Vibrating feeder and controller, feeding to the main machine.
c) The collector is a cloth bag that collects finished products and discharges gases.
d) Pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve: control and regulate pressure.
e) Installation of bottom plate and pipeline: The above parts are assembled on the bottom plate to form a crusher assembly.
f) Air compressor: Provide pressure air source to the host.
g) Filter: The pressure gas of the air compressor can pass through the filter to remove moisture and dirt, and then enter the main engine.
