Introduction
Liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill is the combination of freezing and crushing two processes, so that the material is crushed in the state of low temperature freezing, which greatly retains the original nutrient composition and activity of the raw material, therefore, we often use the frozen crusher for the crushing of materials in medicine, food and other industries, which helps the human body to absorb various nutrients. Working Principle:
Liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill uses the low temperature brittleness of the material, that is, the hardness and brittleness of the material increase with the decrease of temperature, while the plasticity and toughness decrease. It can be crushed with a very small force in a cryogenic freeze. First, the material is frozen at low temperature to the glass transition temperature or embrittlement temperature below, and then crushed with a grinder. In the process of rapid cooling of food, it will cause uneven contraction of various parts of the internal stress, under the action of this stress, the weak parts of the material will produce micro-cracks and lead to the reduction of the binding force of the internal organization, so that the internal cracks will expand rapidly and break under the small external force.
Liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill is composed of storage pre-cooling bin, screw propeller, low temperature crusher, low temperature blower, cyclone separator, dust filter and electric control cabinet. The material enters the pre-cooling chamber, is cryogenically frozen in liquid nitrogen to below the embrittlement point, and then is helically pushed into the low-temperature crusher chamber. Under the interaction of the movable blade running at high speed and the fixed gear ring, the material impinges and frictions in the machine cavity to achieve the effect of crushing. Grinding fineness The fineness of the material can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the movable blade and the fan. The faster the speed of the movable cutter, the finer the fineness, the faster the fan speed, the thicker the material. The pulverized powder automatically flows to the outlet under the action of the rotating centrifugal force of the cyclone separator and the induced draft fan. The dust enters the pulse dust removal box, is filtered and recycled. The cold air is mostly returned to the bin for recycling.

Precautions for use
1. Before use, check whether all fasteners of the liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill are tightened and whether the belt is tensioned;
2. The direction of spindle operation must comply with the arrow direction indicated on the protective cover, otherwise it will damage the machine and may cause personal injury;
3. Check if the electrical appliances are intact;
4. Check for metal and other hard impurities in the crushing chamber of the freeze crusher, otherwise it may break the cutting tools and affect the operation of the freeze crusher;
5. Before crushing, the purity of the material must be checked and no metal hard impurities are allowed to mix in to avoid damaging the cutting tools or causing accidents such as combustion;
6. The oil cup on the machine should be regularly filled with lubricating oil to ensure normal operation of the machine;
7. Stop feeding before stopping the liquid nitrogen cryogenic mill. If it is not used again, remove any remaining materials inside the machine;
8. Regularly check if the cutting tools and screen are damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately;
9. When using, there may be slight vibrations, so be sure to tighten the connecting handle of the hood to avoid accidents.
