Characteristics:
The freeze dryer machine uses a back water trap as opposed to a separate external cold trap. The water vapor passage is smooth, the resistance is minimal, the water capture is consistent, and the water capture efficiency is increased.
Advantages of freeze-dried food:
1. The food structure, nutrients and flavor substances are basically unchanged, and the retention rate of physiological active ingredients is the highest.
2. Appearance does not dry crack, does not shrink, maintain the original shape and color of food.
The product has no surface hardening, the tissue is porous and spongy, so the rehydration performance is good, easy to eat, and can be recovered by soaking.
3. Light weight, storage resistance, no special requirements for ambient temperature, in the light and vacuum nitrogen packaging, under normal temperature conditions can be stored for about 2 years.
Working principle
The refrigeration unit's freeze drying mechanism for the cooling system includes an imported bran compressor, a shell and tube condenser, an oil separator, a filter dryer, an expansion valve, an electromagnet valve, and other components. The refrigerant used by the system is R22 or R404a. Depending on client need, refrigeration compressor units with two-stage pistons or low-temperature screws may be used. Two-stage piston compressor refrigeration effect is often better and requires less cooling temperature.
The water ring pump, vacuum pump, and multi-stage vacuum pump make up the vacuum system.
The purpose of the drying machine's heating system is to continuously heat the material inside the drying box in order to maintain the required water content. The heating method of the freeze-drying machine heating system is primarily divided into contact heating and adiation heating; we use the method of heating the circulating medium. When the heating system is in operation, the circulating liquid is heated first, then the liquid temperature control box is selected automatic temperature control heating pipeline pump opens the circulating fluid into the drying box shelf, shelf for heating, and the drying box is then heated. Typically, steam heating with a maximum temperature of +120 is used in radiation heating.
