The vacuum system adopts the combination of Roots pump + oil seal pump, which has stable operation, high vacuum degree and long service life.
The heating is a closed circulation system, using electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature of the heating plate is precisely controlled to ensure that the working temperature of the thermal oil is 120C%
Compared with the separate external cold trap, the freeze dryer machine uses a rear water trap. The path is short, the resistance is small, the water vapor path is smooth, the water capture is uniform, and the water capture efficiency is improved.
Working principle
Freeze Dryer Machine is usually composed of six parts: drying box, condenser, refrigeration system, vacuum system, heating system and electrical control system.
In a closed container vacuum and heating and drying functions, material sublimation dryinprocess was completed inside the drying chamber, the material is stainless steel tray on the shelf in thdrying chamber, charging according to the proportion of 8~12 kg per square tray area, each shelf ha can be used for measuring the material the temperature probe is used to monitor the whole procesof the freezing temperature omaterial drying.
The utility model relates to a sealing device for condensation and sublimation of water vapoiwhich is provided with a large area of metal adsorption surface, and the water vapor which issublimated from the drying box material can be condensed and adsorbed on the metal surface. Thinner plate is provided with a condensing tube which is respectively connected with the refrigeratingunit to form a refrigeration circulating system
