Vibration exciter is the key component in vibrating screen. In the production, the exciter often has faults such as heating and burning of bearings. After analyzing the working principle of the exciter and the causes of the failure, it is very important to find out the improvement measures and improve the service life of the exciter.
A company 2500t/h crushing station equipment has 4 sets of shaker, with which 8 shaker matching, these shaker volume is large, heavy weight, in the operation of the shaker cavity bearing often appear high temperature, burn or even lock phenomenon, resulting in the shaker can not work normally, directly affect the production of crushing station.
Especially in the bad season of high temperature and wind and sand, the failure rate of exciter is obviously increased. In order to ensure the normal operation of the exciter, the abnormal problems of the exciter must be improved.
01, the working principle of the exciter
The model is ZYQZ series two-axis seat shaker, which is driven by an external motor two axes (length) of the two-axis seat shaker to reverse synchronous rotation, and the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block on the two axes drives the vibrating screen to do linear motion. The shaker is fixed on both sides of the shaker support plate, and the motor driving the shaker is fixed on the external support, and the motor is not involved in vibration.
02, failure cause analysis
The faulty exciter was repaired, and the disassembly inspection found that the bearing (model 22330CA/W33C4) was seriously deformed and damaged, and the bearing could not be turned and locked when the inner and outer rings were discolored and black
The causes of these faults are analyzed as follows
(1) The bearing in the inner cavity of the exciter is lubricated with grease, and the grease between the inner and outer rings of the bearing and the rollers cannot be fully lubricated, and there is a lack of oil.
(2) The bearing runs under the condition of insufficient lubrication and generates high temperature, the temperature reaches 110°C~120%C, the bearing roller cage is deformed, scattered, and can not rotate normally.
(3) The radial working clearance of the bearing is too large, which affects the service life of the bearing.
03. Improvement measures
3.1 Improvement of vibrator oil seal structure
According to the analysis of the cause of the shaker failure, combined with the harsh environment of our company's equipment in the field, the shaker should be fundamentally reformed, from the original manual grease filling method to the thin oil lubrication station circulation mode, to achieve full and effective lubrication of the internal bearing of the shaker.

3.2 Improvement of lubrication system
In order to ensure that the shaker bearing lubrication is in place, while completing the improvement of the oil seal structure of the shaker, the lubrication system needs to add the working lubrication part and the circulating part of the thin oil station. The company has installed both parts in the 2500t/h crushing station shaker shaker.
Start the motor to drive the oil pump, and the oil flows out of the oil tank through the filter (10) and tee 7) into the oil main and the oil branch pipeline into the oil inlet hole of the eight exciter. After the oil enters the inner cavity of the exciter, the bearing is fully lubricated, and then flows into the oil tank through the oil return hole along the oil branch pipe and the main line. Work in cycles.
After field debugging and trial of the whole lubrication system, the shaker shaker operated with load for 48h, the temperature of the shell bearing part of the shaker was measured in the range of 40°C~50°C, and then the lubrication system of the production system and the shaker ran normally, fully meeting the requirements of the working condition.
3.3 Control the radial clearance of the bearing within the appropriate range
The size of the bearing clearance directly affects the service life of the bearing. If the radial working clearance of the bearing is too large, the oil film is difficult to form, the lubrication is insufficient, and the noise is generated. If it is too small, it is easy to cause the bearing to heat up and burn the bearing during operation. Therefore, when the bearing is selected and installed, the radial working clearance control amount is crucial, and it should be controlled within 8um~ 50um.
After the lubrication mode of the shaker shaker is reformed, the temperature of each shaker is controlled within the normal range, the shaker shaker runs normally, the operating efficiency of the shaker shaker is improved, and the maintenance cost is saved.
