01, what is wedge adjustment?
The wedge adjusting device is mainly composed of two identical wedges. By changing the relative position of the two modules, the total thickness of the two wedges is changed, so that the position of the front and back of the time plate is changed, and the position of the lower end of the movable jaw is moved to realize the change of the size of the discharge port. 02, you can choose mechanical adjustment
The mechanical adjustment method is that the movement of the wedge block is achieved by manually rotating the adjustment rod, and the spring is manually adjusted to the correct length. When the jaw is broken, the pull rod plays a regulating role. When it is necessary to adjust the size of the discharge port, loosen the tie rod, lift the jaw with the crane, and then turn the adjustment bolt to drive the wedge to move right and left, and push the adjustment seat forward (backward). After the adjustment is complete, tighten the tie rod and lower the moving head.

03, you can also choose hydraulic adjustment

The way of hydraulic adjustment is to use the hydraulic station to output pressure, so that the hydraulic cylinder pushes the adjustment wedge to move around, and the adjustment seat moves forward (backward) to achieve the effect of reducing or increasing the discharge port

Convenient and fast. Hydraulic adjustment does not need to stop the main engine, lift the jaw, adjust the screw, disassemble, install the tension spring and other complicated processes.
Automation. The hydraulic adjustment adopts the automatic adjustment of the discharge port, without manual adjustment, reducing the work intensity
Intelligent. Hydraulic adjustment is more intelligent and convenient than mechanical adjustment, and the discharge port can be adjusted when the main engine is running normally.
Save time and effort. The mechanical adjustment process generally takes 2 to 3 hours to complete, and the hydraulic adjustment can complete the work in a few minutes, which greatly improves the efficiency of the site host.
