Second, working principle and structure
How it works: The material enters the crushing chamber through the feed hopper and the feed port. The initial crushing is carried out in the first crushing chamber through the relative movement between the rotating gear disc and the static gear disc. The initial crushing material is discharged into the second crushing chamber (the outer crushing chamber) through the discharge hole on the rotating disc. The material is crushed under the action of the relative movement between the high-speed rotating hammer head and the inner tooth ring in the crushing chamber and the action of hitting, tearing and rubbing, and the crushed material is discharged into the collection bag (or box) through the screen under the action of centrifugal force.
Structure: The crusher is mainly composed of base, motor, shell, control system, crushing system, crushing chamber cover, feed head, collection bag (or box).

2. Operation process
1, check whether the machine and crushing chamber screws loose, screen meets the requirements. Check whether the microswitch is activated.
2, check whether the water pipe joint is tight, whether there is water leakage after the water.
3, put on the receiving bag,
4, turn on the power, press the green button to start normally, ammeter pointer shows normal, idling after a moment to feed production when feeding pay attention to uniform speed, do not let the machine for a long time overload operation. After processing, press the red button to turn off the power and pour out the crushed material.
Iii. Maintenance matters
1. Bearings should be cleaned and refueled regularly;
2. When the hammer head is worn and needs to be replaced, the whole set of the hammer head should be replaced uniformly to avoid vibration caused by imbalance;
3. If you do not use the machine for a long time, it should be scrubbed and stored in a place with good ventilation indoors.
Note: (Note for both models)
1. The size of the block material to be directly invested cannot be greater than 40mm. If the crushed material is excellent, please be sure to use the ordinary coarse hole screen first coarse crushed again, and then change the laser screen for the second crushing.
2. Screen installation method: Because the thickness of the laser punching screen is very thin, the screen support frame must be placed under the screen when installing the screen!
