1. Prepare before work
(1) Check whether there is leakage;
(2) Check the tightness of fasteners, especially to check the tightness of the fixed shaft of the hammer head and the tightening of the rotating disc, so the fasteners can not be loose;
(3) Check the installation of screen and seal ring;
(4) Check whether the discharge bag is tied tightly;
(5) The power socket must be selected with ground cable socket;
(6) The water content of the crushed material should not be higher than 13%;
(7) The equipment should be levelled through the footing to reduce vibration, noise, etc.;
(8) The machine is placed in a well-ventilated place;
(9) Check equipment components regularly, and add lubricating oil to bearings regularly;
(10) The material shall not be mixed with metal blocks and hard materials that are not easy to crush;
(11) Pay attention to disconnect the power supply when cleaning and maintenance.
2, the device plug should be inserted into the socket, the circuit breaker switch is closed, press the enable button;
3, first idling for about 1 minute, observe whether the rotation direction is correct, noise size, current level (no-load current should be lower than 15A);
4, the feeding should be uniform, the grinding process has abnormal sound (such as sharp and harsh sound), should immediately stop feeding, after the sound returns to normal to continue feeding, feeding the block when a piece of sound to feed the best;
5, the machine is equipped with a thermal relay, the operation process load will automatically stop, such as the machine temperature drops (1-2 minutes) can be restarted,
Note: Clean up the material in the crushing chamber before restart, and then press the start button to start the machine;
6, if you need to stop halfway, should stop the feeding first, crushing the material in the chamber after crushing stop;
7, the studio is not allowed to insert the hand into the machine to feed;
8. After feeding, do not stop immediately, let the machine run for 2-3 minutes, shut down after the material in the crushing chamber is thoroughly crushed, remove the powder, and clean the residue in the crushing chamber;
