Common types of grinding machinery

1, jaw crusher

Using the extrusion and bending action of two jaw plates on materials, coarse or medium crushing of various hardness materials. The crushing mechanism is composed of a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate. When the two jaw plates are near, the material is broken, and when the two jaw plates leave, the material block smaller than the discharge port is discharged from the bottom. Its breaking action is intermittent. This kind of crusher is widely used in mineral processing, building materials, silicate and ceramics industry because of its simple structure, reliable work and can break hard materials.

2, rotary crusher

The use of crushing cone in the cone cavity of the shell in the rotation movement, the material extrusion, splitting and bending effect, coarse crushing of various hardness of ore or rock large crushing machinery. The upper end of the main shaft with the crushing cone is supported in a bushing in the middle of the beam, and the lower end is placed in an eccentric hole of the shaft bush. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone rotates eccentrically around the center line of the machine. Its crushing action is continuous, so the working efficiency is higher than that of the jaw crusher. By the early 1970s, the large rotary mill had been able to process 5,000 tons of material per hour, and the maximum feeding diameter was up to 2000 mm.

3, cone crusher

The principle of operation is the same as that of the rotary crusher, but it is only suitable for crushing machines in medium or fine crushing operations. The uniformity of the discharge particle size of the medium and fine crushing operation is generally higher than that of the coarse crushing operation, so a parallel zone must be set in the lower part of the crushing chamber, and the rotation speed of the crushing cone must be accelerated so that the material is squeezed more than once in the parallel zone. The discharge port is small, and the non-broken material mixed into the feed is more likely to cause accidents, and because the medium and fine crushing operation has strict requirements for the discharge particle size, the discharge port must be adjusted in time after the liner wear, so the safety and adjustment device of the cone crusher is more necessary than the coarse crushing operation.

4, roller crusher

A machine that uses the friction of the roller surface to bite the material into the crushing zone and make it withstand crushing or splitting. When used for coarse crushing or when it is necessary to increase the crushing ratio, teeth or grooves are often made on the roll surface to increase the splitting effect. Roller mill is usually divided into single roll, double roll and multi-roll mill according to the number of rollers, suitable for coarse crushing, medium crushing or fine crushing coal, limestone, cement clinker and feldspar and other medium hard materials.

5, hammer crusher

Using the high-speed impact of the hammer head, the crushing machine is used for medium and fine crushing of materials. The hammer head is hinged on the high-speed rotating rotor, and the lower part of the body is provided with a grate to control the discharge particle size. The advantages of large crushing ratio, uniform discharge particle size, less overcomminution and low energy consumption. However, the hammer head wears quickly, which is limited in the application of hard material crushing. In addition, because the grate is afraid of blocking, it is not suitable for crushing materials with high humidity and clay. This crusher is usually used to break limestone, shale, coal, gypsum, chalk and other brittle materials below the medium hard.

6, impact crusher

Using the high-speed impact of the plate hammer and the rebound action of the counter plate, the material is broken by repeated impact. The plate hammer is fixed on a high-speed rotating rotor, and several counterattack plates are arranged along the crushing chamber at different angles. When the material enters the action zone of the plate hammer, it is first impacted by the plate hammer and broken for the first time, and at the same time, it gains kinetic energy and rushes to the counter plate at high speed. After the material collides with the impact plate and breaks again, it is bounced back to the action area of the plate hammer and is impacted by the plate hammer again. This is repeated until it is broken into the desired particle size and discharged out of the machine.

7, vertical shaft impact mill (sand making machine)
