First, the bearing of the crusher overheating:
Bearing is a more important part of the crusher, and its performance directly affects the normal operation and production efficiency of the equipment. During the operation of the equipment, the user should pay special attention to the temperature rise of the bearing and the noise of the bearing part, and the abnormal should be dealt with as early as possible.
Too much, too little or aging lubricating oil in the bearing is also the main cause of overheating and damage to the bearing, therefore, according to the requirements of the use of the book on time and quantitative filling of lubricating oil, general lubrication accounts for 70%-80% of the bearing space, too much or too little is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer. The bearing extends its service life.
Second, the crusher is blocked
The blockage of the mill is one of the common faults in the use of the mill, which is generally caused by improper operation.
(1) The feed speed is too fast, the load increases, and the blockage is caused. In this case, the feed door should be immediately reduced or closed, and the feeding method can also be changed, because the crusher speed is high, the load is large, and the load volatility is strong. Therefore, the current of the mill is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current.
(2) Hammer fragment, aging, screen hole closure, tattered, crushed material oil content is too high will make the crusher blocked. The broken and severely aged hammer should be regularly updated to maintain the good working condition of the crusher, and the screen should be regularly checked, and the oil content of the crushed material should be less than 14%, which can improve the production efficiency, but also make the crusher not blocked, and enhance the reliability of the mill.
