4. When choosing a horizontal spiral belt mixer, attention should be paid to the discharge method. The supplier should communicate with them on time to choose the valve form suitable for their own process. At the same time, do not choose the discharge form of the side port. The reason is that when the mixer completes mixing and mixing within the specified time, a one-time discharge can ensure the uniformity of the raw materials. If the side port spiral belt is gradually discharged, it will delay the time and not achieve the expected production rate. Secondly, the raw materials have already achieved better uniformity, Excessive stirring can actually cause the raw materials to separate and disrupt uniformity, thus losing the significance of using a horizontal screw belt mixer.
