The vacuum feeder forms an air flow under the vacuum, under the action of this air flow, the material to be transported through the hose to the vacuum hopper, after a certain time (feeding time, can be adjusted) the compressed air is closed, the pneumatic vacuum pump can not produce vacuum, and the discharge door of the hopper is opened under the push of the cylinder, the vacuum of the vacuum feeder disappears. The material is automatically transferred from the discharge door to the receiving equipment (such as tablet press, packaging machine, etc.). At the same time, the compressed air backblown filter stored in the air bag, the filter is automatically cleaned; After a certain time (discharge time, adjustable), the compressed air restarts, the pneumatic vacuum pump produces a vacuum, the discharge door is closed, the vacuum feeder feeds again, and the material is continuously fed into the receiving equipment.
In the vacuum feeder for level control, the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment is automatically fed through the level meter. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the electric vacuum feeder stops acting and enters the standby state; When the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
