When the grading machine is operating, material is fed into the sieve barrel through the feed port at the top of the shell by the rotating screw. The material rushes to the screen and is propelled there by the rotating bracket plate. The material that doesn't fit through the screen hole then passes through the sieve barrel into the shell, where it is discharged according to its fineness. The operating efficiency is increased by the splatter plate's ability to release coarse material that has not been filtered from the discharge port at a specific rotation angle.
