The chilli pulverzier is more suitable for crushing materials that are fabous, slightly viscous,slightly oily and highly heat-sensitive for example some seasoning like sugar ,salt, chilli tumeric and something like this.You can also use it to crush some dried plants，leaves , food even some chemical powder.It has the advantages of low heat generation, strong shear ability, simple structure, and easy cleaning
Working Principle:
The material enters the high-speed rotating chamber through gravity flow and negative pressure.Materials collides and rubs in the high-speed rotating airflow, and is crushed and impacted in the gaps between the cutter head and the screen, grinding block, and crushing knife. The material that reaches a certain fineness flows out of the discharge hopper through the screen, and the material that does not reach the mesh size of the screen is repeatedly crushed and impacted until it reaches a certain fineness.
Features：
The particles are relatively uniform and the particle size distribution range is small.And the pulse dust removal box enables the material to be fully utilized. Remember that the material loss rate has reached less than 0.05%.
