Main Application:
Fine pulverizer set is capable of grinding chemical products while the production process is ongoing.Food, medications, drugs, cosmetics, dyestuff, resin, grains, plastic, etc.
To get the best crushing effect, the material enters the crushing chamber and is crushed by the rotating hammer. The dust is filtered and recycled by the vacuum box through the cloth bag as the crushed material immediately enters the collection bag.
Working Principle:
As the material travels from the hopper through the screw conveyor to the crushing chamber, the high-speed spinning blade shears and smashes it.The particles are transported by negative pressure air through the discharge pipe and into the bag filter and cyclone separator. The material that was released meets with the requirements of the product.
Due to the negative pressure effect, the materials entering the crushing chamber are subjected to high-speed punching and shearing by the crushing knife, as well as high-frequency vibration generated by eddy currents. The crushed materials enter the grading wheel due to the negative pressure effect, and the fineness is controlled by the rotation speed of the grading wheel.
