Working Principle:

 

The working principle of the sugar coating machine is based on the following key principles:
Coating principle: Spray liquid solution to the surface of the material through the nozzle, and use the adhesion and surface tension of the liquid solution to make it evenly distributed and form a film.
Rotation principle: By rotating the bottom plate and coating cover, the material can maintain a uniform distribution during the coating process. Rotation can also increase the contact area between the solution and the material, and improve the coating effect.
Drying principle: By evaporating the solvent coated on the surface of the material, the outer film quickly becomes strong using hot air or heating elements to provide heat and accelerate the evaporation process of the solvent.
