Working Principle:

Centrifugal crusher is to use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor to achieve the purpose of crushing, the centrifugal force generated by the rotor makes the material enter from the feed port, through the grinding ring, housing, sieve plate into the crushing chamber. When the rotor is running at high speed, the material enters the grinding ring through the screen hole under the action of centrifugal force, and then is thrown to the impeller by the high-speed rotating grinding ring and the inner wall of the housing, resulting in impact, friction and blade collision to achieve the purpose of crushing.
