introduction
Lithium iron phosphate dry granulator is a specialized equipment used to process lithium iron phosphate powder into uniform granules without the use of liquids. This dry granulation process involves compressing the powder between rollers to form sheets or ribbons, which are then granulated into consistent particles.


Working principle
Lithium iron phosphate powder enters the granulator through a hopper or feeding system. Powder is usually pre ground to ensure consistent size and flowability. Inside the granulator, the powder is introduced between two counter rotating rollers, commonly known as pressure rollers, which apply significant pressure to the powder. As the powder passes between the rollers, it is compressed into thin sheets or strips, and the applied pressure can be adjusted according to the desired particle size and density. The compressed powder will form thin sheets or strips, the thickness of which is controlled by the gap between the rollers, and then these thin sheets are decomposed into particles.
