High-efficiency Fluidized Drier
Introduction
High-efficiency Fluidized Drier is used for boiling drying of particle materials with a particle size of 0.1-6mm, and is suitable for drying finished products and intermediates in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, and chemical industries.
Working Principle
The natural air is drawn by the fan, passes through the purification cabinet and heater, and forms a high-speed airflow through the holes in the material bed plate, making the material in boiling state. Then the moisture in the material is evaporated quickly to achieve the purpose of drying.The hopper is equipped with an agitator.The material is dried evenly and quickly, and the drying time can be set freely according to the material characteristics, generally 10-30min.

1. Drying of wet particles and powdered materials in fields such as medicine, food, feed, and chemical engineering.
2. Screw extrusion particles, swinging particles, high-speed mixing granulation particles.
3. Large, small, and viscous granular materials.
4. Materials such as ground taro and acrylamide that change in volume during drying
