Main Application:

There two pressure rollers that can rotate 360 °, each made of 7 granulation knives.They rotate back and forth in opposite directions to each other which means when the right roller rotates clockwise, the left roller rotates counterclockwise.When it rotates to 360 °, it will start to move in the opposite direction.The screen is wrapped around the support tube, and by rotating the support tube, the tightness and relaxation of the screen can be adjusted, and the gap between the screen and the granulation knife can also be adjusted according to your fineness requirements and material characteristics.

Working Principle

When everything is debugged, lock the screen with a locking device, turn on the power, and insert the material. The material is cut, rubbed, and squeezed between the granulation knife and the screen until it meets the granulation requirements.And then the granules falls into the bucket.
