Working Principle:

Its working principle is very easy.When you use the machine to granulate,firstly, add the powdered material from the conical hopper, then close the lid, start the mixing engine, and the stirring paddle begins to work. At the same time, all powder materials collide and rotate with the conical wall surface, resulting in a more uniform mixing effect. During the granulation process, adhesive is added proportionally, and the material gradually exhibits a uniform and natural effect. After a series of actions such as squeezing, friction between the oars and the wall, the material appears to be in a soft state. Then, these uniformly loose particles are formed under the action of a granulation paddle, rather than being forcibly squeezed. Finally, these wet particles will be discharged from the discharge hopper under the centrifugal action of the propeller.

1) Mixing evenly ensures the uniform dispersion of a small amount of pigment or colored particles.

2) Strong stirring ability, capable of evenly and quickly wetting materials with starch paddles of 8-12% concentration.

3) The granulation process can be judged by the maximum value of the consumed current.

4) The wet particles made are loose and snowy, without solid lumps, with more particles and less fine powder.

5) The three processes of mixing, wetting, and granulation are automatically and continuously carried out, which can avoid contamination of materials by human hands.

6) After adjusting the parameters such as mixing and granulation time, speed, binder dosage, and current consumption reasonably, it has good production reproducibility.

7) The entire production process takes about ten minutes, with high efficiency. The particles produced have good compression properties.

8) This machine has great applicability. It can be combined with a one-step boiling granulator (used for drying) or with commonly used boiling dryers to produce particles with moderate elasticity and excellent characteristics

9) Compared to traditional granulation equipment, it saves bonding dose by 20-25% and can effectively shorten drying time.
