Introduction

Working Principle
The working principle of the chemical powder granulator:
First, the chemical powder or granular material to be treated is fed into the treatment area of the device. The heating system inside the device creates a high-speed airflow by heating air or other gases and sending them to the bottom of the device. These high-speed air currents cause the material to boil inside the equipment. When high-speed air flows through the material layer, they cause the material to appear in a boiling state, and this "fluidization" state helps speed up the drying process. As the surface area of the material increases, the drying efficiency is improved.
At the same time as the material boils, due to the reduction of humidity and the collision between the particles, the particles gradually form and increase, and finally form the required particle size and shape.
After drying and pelletizing, the particles are transported with an air stream to a separator at the top of the unit, where the air stream and particles are separated, and the particles are collected and transported downstream to packaging or processing.
