1. Working principle:

3.Installation and adjustment of the four machines:

（2）Open the observation door of the machine to check if there are any abnormalities and check the lubricating oil. It is prohibited to test the machine without oil.
（3) Check if the power supply is suitable and reliably grounded, confirm steering, and absolutely prohibit reverse rotation of this machine. Remember to use and debug!
（4) When installing and replacing the granulation screen, it is necessary to observe the roundness of the screen. If it is unqualified or damaged, it is prohibited to use it, otherwise it will seriously damage various rotating granulation knives.
（5）Before use, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners in all parts of the machine are loose and make reliable adjustments.
（6）Before formal production, the machine should be tested and idle for 5 to 10 minutes after being powered on. Only after all parts are checked and normal can it be put into production.
（7）During use, too much material should not be added to the feeding port. It is advisable to add half of the material. In case of blockage caused by improper material viscosity, tools should not be used to force down the material. It is necessary to shut down the machine and clean it. To prevent mechanical accidents.
4. Maintenance and upkeep of machines
（1）Regularly check the electrical department for moisture and damage.
（2）Check if the lubricating oil in the gearbox is sufficient and replace it after 500 hours of operation (46 #). Replace each bearing at the upper granulation head every six months.
（3）The two sealing rings inside the 3 granulation head need to be inspected and replaced after working for 200 hours, and cannot be used over time.
（4）After working for 500 hours, it is necessary to adjust the tightness of the transmission triangle tape to ensure normal torque transmission.
