Working Principle
Driven by an electric motor, a V-belt pulley, a worm gear and worm gear, under the action of an eccentric crankshaft and a lifting rack, the gear shaft drives the pentagonal roller to rotate periodically. The material continuously moves and is controlled by the clearance between the screen and the granulation cutter to extrude particles. Its production capacity varies with the moisture, type, viscosity, and mesh purpose of the material. And it can produce various specifications of particles.
When crushing dry materials, the condensed materials are subjected to impact crushing in a drum made of a pentagonal roller and forced to pass through the sieve.

Installation and Commissioning
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed smoothly and grounded.
2. Open the box cover and add lubricating oil to the gearbox.
3. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether there are any abnormal noises, in order to stop the vehicle in a timely manner for inspection and troubleshooting.
4. When installing the screen, it is necessary to make the screen tightly adhere to the end caps at both ends to avoid material leakage.
5. Before operation, carefully check whether the fasteners of each component of the machine are loose.
6. The machine must run at no load for 3-5 minutes and be put into production after normal operation. It is not advisable to add too much material during feeding, and it is advisable to maintain approximately 2/3 of the volume.
5, Maintenance and technical safety
1. The lubricating oil (46 # mechanical oil) in the reduction box and the lubricating grease in the inner chamber of the rolling shaft should be replaced regularly.
2. The parts of the particle manufacturing section should be regularly wiped clean.
3. To ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear pair transmission in the gearbox, the temperature of the gearbox during operation should be less than 50 ℃
4. The machine must have a reliable grounding, and its grounding resistance should be less than 4 Ω.
5. Do not arbitrarily remove protective devices from electrical appliances.
